Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own Claude or Gemini API key?

No. The managed plan includes AI credit every month. You can use your own Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini key instead, or connect your own agent with the MCP Relay.

Who can use WingMind on my site?

Anyone who can edit posts. What they can do is limited by their own WordPress role, and Site Editor mode is for administrators only.

How do I undo a change?

In the editor sidebar, click Undo last change. For anything else, open Tools → AI Audit Log and click Rollback with Agent on the entry, or just ask the agent to undo what it did.

Which plugins does it work with?

WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Yoast SEO and Redirection have their own tools. ACF and other custom field boxes work in both editors, and plugins that register WordPress Abilities can add tools too. Page builders like Elementor and Divi aren’t supported for editing.

Can I control how it writes and designs?

Yes. Under Settings → WingMind AI, set your site description, design style, block shapes, writing tone, spelling and any house rules. It also reads your theme’s colours, fonts and spacing.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Your chats, settings and audit log are only deleted on uninstall if you choose that option. Otherwise they’re kept in case you come back.

Can’t find your answer?

Ask WingMind itself in Ask mode, or send our Sydney team a message.
