A wholesale food distribution company approached us with a request to improve their Client onboarding process. They had a very old account application system (built in the ’90s) which collected customer addresses, contacts and contract signatures. This system was outdated, unreliable and (most importantly) insecure – customer data was not encrypted!
We developed a new system which is easier for customers to use, allows customers to save and resume their application at a later time. Includes an Admin portal for their Accounts team to process edit and approve requests and, most importantly, securely encrypts customer details. The system also integrates with their Merchant Gateway to securely collect Credit Card details and their ERM system to create a Debtor account, ready to process orders.
