A Civil Construction company approached us with a problem: Their contractors were not filling out timesheets correctly, resulting in confusion and payment delays. The system was also very manual, with staff needing to manually load timesheets into Excel documents to process pay-runs.
Web Bird Digital proposed and developed a Timesheets App for the Contractors to enter their hours directly. This meant no more paper, no more incorrectly filled out timesheets and a backend portal for the Accounts team to automatically calculate pay.
The system also exported data in a format which could be imported directly into their Account Management system to simplify reporting and tax liability.
