A Building Inspection company approached us to design and build an App to allow Real Estate Agents to more quickly book Inspections for their properties. They wanted to eliminate the need for a receptionist to take bookings and organise their Inspector’s day.
We designed and built an App which allows registered Agents to view available booking times and place a booking online. The system automatically generates a calendar for their Inspectors and organises their day.
The system also integrates with their existing Building Report Management system, creating a new Entry with the property details pre-filled, ready for the Inspector to add their notes.
