What’s included in the price?
Altitude starts from $5,995 plus GST. That covers a custom-designed homepage, up to three custom-developed features, parallax imagery and on-page animation, the set-up of up to 10 pages, a migration plan, an invitation to our training seminar and everything included in the Runway.
What counts as a custom-developed feature?
A small, focused feature built specifically for your business, such as online bookings, product listings, an event calendar, a custom-designed WordPress block or a simple integration with another system. We’ll help you choose the three that make the biggest difference. Larger systems are better suited to a custom web app.
How long does it take?
Most Altitude websites are live in around 6 to 8 weeks. Timing depends on your features and how quickly we receive your content and images.
Can you move my existing website across?
Yes. Altitude includes a migration plan, so we can move what’s working on your current site across to your new one.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. Altitude is built on WordPress, and we streamline the dashboard so it’s simple and intuitive. Training is included.
Can you help with the content?
Yes. We can guide you while you write it, draft it for you from a short questionnaire using our AI-assisted process, or connect you with a professional copywriter.
Are there ongoing costs?
Your website needs hosting to be live. You can arrange your own, or use our fully managed hosting from $44 a month plus GST. We also recommend our maintenance program, from $44 a month plus GST.
Do I own my website?
A custom-built website is yours once the project is paid in full. With The Runway and Altitude, you get a licence to use your website, including its software and content, for the life of the site once it’s paid in full. Web Bird Digital keeps the copyright in the design and code. So while you won’t own the source code, the website is yours to use and update for as long as it runs.
