For our monthly programs, yes. Hosting and maintaining your website in one place means we can look after everything properly. See our hosting plans.
Can I maintain my website myself?
You can do some maintenance yourself. But if your website stores customer information, gets plenty of traffic or is custom-built, you’ll benefit from having our Sydney team look after it.
Why is keeping WordPress updated so important?
An up-to-date WordPress website is a more secure website. Attackers actively look for poorly maintained websites they can easily break into, so staying current is your first line of defence.
How often should my website be maintained?
The more regularly, the better, but at the very least once a month. Our monthly plans keep up with this for you.
How much does website maintenance cost?
The Maintenance Program is $44 a month plus GST, and Extended Support & Maintenance is $109 a month plus GST. A one-off Website Service is $185 plus GST.
Does unused support time carry over?
On the Maintenance Program, unused time doesn’t carry over. On Extended Support & Maintenance, unused time carries over, up to a maximum of 12 hours.
